full trust

so half year in, no success, a lot of learnings.

we had a lot of up and downs I would say. I could deliver the first prototypes pretty fast but it was not enough value for the customer and maybe not the right market.

things slowed down a bit as the demand for 9-to-5 work increased, but energy levels are now as high as they were at the beginning.

The winner of the last half year is trust and commitment: we built a very trusting relationship. I got to know Kristian, and there was not a moment of skepticism on my part. I know he is working as hard as I to get things done and get customers for our products. Even though we don't found the success, I believe we are a very strong combo with the limited time we have. #noexcuses

we improving our working model / tools day by day and working mostly asynchronous which works really great. In my experience not everybody can fit in this "working style".

we shift also the strategy from delivering fast MVPs and stopping the idea fast to thinking more longterm and have 3 months horizons and then status check.

my mission is now really, deliver value with the apps we are building currently, so we have no excuses that it was on missing features or value.
